Create a Workflow

Workflows define how often Operator posts, what topics to cover, and how content gets approved. Once set up, content generates and publishes automatically.

Step 1

Open Workflows

Step 2

Click Create Workflow

Step 3

Set your posting frequency

Step 4

Choose content topics (optional)

Step 5

Select Approval Mode or Auto-Publish

Step 6

Click Save Workflow

Workflows pull from your Brand Memory automatically. You can run multiple workflows at the same time, for example one for product content and one for thought leadership.
